Go to tampabay.com/distributor for additional resources and information. If you have questions or problems, contact your Times Publishing Company representative.

Q: My registration from the previous site will not work?
In many cases, we were able to transfer the login information from our previous site. If you are unable to login, please re-register. If you are still unable to login or register, please contact your Times Publishing Company representative.


Q: How do I register for the site?
You can register to use this site by visiting the "New User?" link on the Login page. Your email address and password give you access to your account to view and pay your settlement statements, view account activity and change account information.

Q: What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please use the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page.

Q: How do I change my password?
Login and proceed to "Chg Acct". You will be prompted for your current and your desired new password.

Q: What independent delivery contractor services are available?
You can request the following services online:

o Review activity on your account

o View your Settlement Statements (Invoices)

o Make credit card payments for any balances due

o Change your email address, phone number, and password
